Hosting Payment

Web hosting packages that are processed on a recurring monthly basis are due for automatic billing via their credit card or Paypal 30 days after the sign up date, and every 30 days thereafter. If the client's credit card or Paypal information has changed, then he or she must update their information immediatley.   If the client does not know how to update his or her billing information, All Web Now must be notified immediately help update update thier information. If on the bill date, the client's credit card is declined, an e-mail will be sent to the email address on file to notify the client of billing errors. If payment is not arranged within 10 days, the web hosting account will be suspended temporarily.  If the client cannot pay within 30 days, we will close their account, and any files will be lost.

Different method of payment

If a different method of payment is chosen such as, money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks please understand that All Web Now only offers semi-annual and annual plans for these type of payments in order to cut down on monthly postal costs, excessive paperwork and invoicing. Credit Card Payments

We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and debit cards for payment. We use various fraud prevention methods to protect us, our merchant account, our bank and the customer who owns the credit card being used. This includes tracking the IP number and ISP of the person who is using the credit card, verifying the card matches the Zip Code and Address of the cardholder. If anyone attempts to obtain service using a fraudulent credit card, their account will be terminated without warning, we will have the right to place an 'account suspended' page on the client's IP, and we will cooperate with authorities to report the incident and the information used to obtain the account including the domain name. We take credit card fraud very seriously. If the client has received a credit card statement with our name on it, and did not order our services, they'll need to contact us immediately. Credit card statements will be billed by "All Web Now".

Cancellation

If for any reason our clients are not satisfied with our services, they will need to let us know. We build our services around making hosting simple for the customer and want all of our clients to be happy. If for some reason we cannot meet the client's needs, they may notify us in writing and we will discontinue billing their account at the end of their current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for hosting services already paid for, except during the first 30 days of service.
