Affiliate Program Help

What is an affiliate program?

Our affiliate program is a way for you to make a commission when you bring (or refer) someone to our site to purchase our hosting products.  Below are are some common questions answered in more detail.

How does it work?

It's simple.  Once you have an account, you login and get your unique referral link.  Then you simply send this link to friends/family or contacts that need web hosting services.  They use your link to purchase on our website.  Then, you earn a percentage of that sale for the life of that sale.  That means it's residual income!  We pay you via paypal or check.  Whichever you prefer.  We recommend paypal as it's much easier and quick.

How do I access your affiliate system?

  1. Login or register for a Free All Web Now account and go to the affiliate section.
  2. If you haven't activated your affiliate account yet, Click Affiliates link then click the "activate" button.
  3. If you have setup your affiliate account with us, then you'll see your active affiliate information.
Ok, I'm logged in and have activated my affiliate account.  What does all of this affiliate stuff mean?

  • Your unique referral link - This is the link you send to your friends/contacts that need websites. Once your contact clicks on your unique link to access our website, a cookie is installed on their web browser and any time they come to our site within 90 days, your affiliate id is tracked.  If they purchase a web hosting package with us, you ensured to get your credit.

  • Number of visitors refer - This is the number of visitors who have simply clicked on your link to visit our website.

  • Number of signups - This is the number of signups who have actually purchased a web hosting package with us via your unique link.

  • Conversion Rate - This is the percentage of signups per clicks.  For instance, if you had 10 people click your link and 5 people actually bought something, you'd have a conversion rate of 50%.

  • Commission pending maturation - This is the amount of money you have earned pending 30 days.  Once the life of the sale has reached 30days, this amount or part of it will be placed under the "Available Commission Balance" section.

  • Available Commission balance - This is the amount of commission available for you to acquire once it reaches $30 after 30 days.

  • Total amount withdrawn - The amount you have withdrawn to date.

  • Your referals section - This is the area showing who used your link and signed up under your affiliate account and made you money!

I have my link, but it's long and difficult to remember.  How can I make it easier for my contacts to remember my url?
Many affiliates like to register a separate "easy to remember" domain name somewhat relevant to website hosting services (ie. www.johnswebhosting.com).  Then, we forward that domain to John's affiliate link.  This way John can advertise or send or just tell his friends his "easy to remember" domain name.   You can also request an allwebnow.com url that's easy to remember.  Such as www.allwebnow.com/johnwebhosting.  This is free and helps with sales conversions so we're happy to set this up for you.

Affiliate Banners
You're provided several graphical banners located in your affiliate area.  To access your banners, login to your affiliate area and choose the banner you want to advertise.  You can select it by clicking the code in the textarea box.  Then copy and paste it into your webpage's html.

How do I get paid?
We pay you via check or Paypal. Below explains how payouts work and the pros and cons.
  • Paypal
We send you a payment via our paypal account to your paypal email address you signed up with as an affiliate. Paypal is recommended for ease of use and faster payouts and less paperwork.
  • Check
We can send you a check to the address you provided in your affiliate account at signup.  Check payouts are not recommended due to longer waiting periods, extra paperwork and cost of postage.
  • Account Credit
Some of our active affiliates are clients as well.  While being a client of our, you can have your affiliate commision payouts go towards your hosting bills instead.  To set this up, just request it.
What products and services do I get paid under your affiliate program?
We pay you for the following products and services:
  • 30% recurring for all shared hosting accounts sales
  • 20% recurring for vps and dedicated server sales
  • 10% one time finders fee for development website projects
(new domain name registrations have no affiliate payout comission at this time)
